Last month, we talked about Fresh Oil for the new work. This month, I want to share with you how to receive this Fresh Oil! First, let’s recap what we talked about last time.
King David shows us an example of how God anointed him with Fresh Oil for his life as king.
Psalm 92:10 KJV
“But my horn shalt thou (God) exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with Fresh Oil.”
Remember––the horn is the carrier of the Fresh Oil. The horn is the carrier of the anointing!

Our prayer should be, “Lord exalt our horn in 2020! Lord, help us reach more people in 2020! Lord expand our boarders in 2020!”

What Does the Fresh Oil Allow Us to Do?
It allows us to be a blessing!
It helps us speak a word in due season!
It allows us to walk into a room and change the atmosphere!
All of these benefits come from the Fresh Oil in our horns!
Remember––Fresh Oil Eliminates the Following:
Laboring
Toiling
Struggling
Our lives are the carriers of this Fresh Oil!
So many ministers and Christians experience burnout because they run out of Fresh Oil. This month, I want to look at where the Fresh Oil comes from.
Think About the Following Truths:
Fresh Oil makes me anointed.
Fresh Oil is the anointing.
Christ is the anointing.
Christ is the Fresh Oil.
I’m here to declare that the Fresh Oil is God’s presence in our lives! Now, we must believe that the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one. We only receive Fresh Oil from the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit when we spend time in their presence daily.
JESUS said that The Holy Spirit gave Him Fresh Oil!
Luke 4:18 (ESV)
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed (Fresh Oil) me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed….
Wow! Look at what Jesus can do because of the Fresh Oil!
JESUS also says the Father gave him Fresh Oil.
Acts 10:38 (ESV)
How God anointed (Fresh Oil) Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.
We see that Jesus received power and went around doing good BECAUSE of the Fresh Oil!
We can see in scripture that Jesus gives US Fresh Oil.
1 John 2:27 (ESV)
But the anointing (Fresh Oil) that you received from him (JESUS) abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing (Fresh Oil) teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him.
In 1 John 2:20 we see that Fresh Oil comes to us through the Father.

But you have been anointed (Fresh Oil) by the Holy One, and you all have knowledge.
It’s so important that we spend time daily with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. As we do, Fresh Oil will fill our horns so we can be blessings to this world.
One more thought––God’s love is Fresh Oil. When we have Fresh Oil flowing in our lives, it will be easy for us to reach out to the lost of this world. So, go ahead and fill your horn with Fresh Oil daily as you spend quality time in the Presence of the Lord. Glory!
